Refund Policy

Thirty days, no hard feelings. If the handbook isn't what you hoped, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund the full amount.

How to ask for a refund

Write to support@margaretskeepsakes.com from the email address you used to buy, or reply to your order email. Include your order number if you have it. You don't need to give a reason.

How it's paid back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Your bank or card company may take a few business days to show it.

After 30 days

We can't offer refunds after 30 days, but write to us anyway if something is wrong with your files. We'll fix it.
